1st PRINCIPLES SOUR

JUICE OF 1 LEMON

1 TOT SIMPLE SYRUP

2 TOTS 1ST PRINCIPLES ORGANIC VODKA

ANGOSTURA BITTERS

COUPE GLASS

Add the egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters.

Simple Syrup:

1:1 Sugar: Water
Boil sugar and water in a pot until the sugar has dissolved.
Let it cool & store in fridge.

40ML 1ST PRINCIPLES ROOIBOS GIN

1 TOT LEMON JUICE

1 TOT GINGER SYRUP

COLLINS GLASS

Combine all the ingredients. Shake & strain into a collins glass and top up with soda to taste.

SOLSTICE ROOIBOS TEA

30ml 1ST PRINCIPLES CLASSIC DRY GIN

1 CUP OF TONIC WATER

2 CUPS OF ICE

60ml COLD BREW COFFEE

2 tsp HONEY

FRESH ORANGE RIND FOR GARNISH

Chill a glass using half of the ice. Measure the coffee, honey and gin into your chilled glass and add the leftover ice.

Add the tonic and garnish with orange rind.

Get your unadulterated honey from a local beekeeper if possible.

1 TOT CHILLED 1ST PRINCIPLES HONEYBUSH GIN

2 TOTS OF CHILLED APEROL

2 TOTS FRESH LEMON OR LIME JUICE

SPLIT KUMQUAT

MARTINI GLASS

Serve gin, Aperol and lemon or lime juice over ice in a martini glass.

Garnish with a split kumquat.

TONIC TO TASTE

GLASS OF YOUR CHOICE

Combine the gin, naartjie rind, mint, and ice in a glass of your choice.

Top up with tonic water and or soda to taste.
