Replacement of products

We do craft products in small batches. We are proud of our products and if you are not satisfied please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the collection and return of the product as well as the replacement of the product or replace it with a product of your choice to the same value.

Our stock in trade is flavour and pleasure. Your enjoyment and flavour experiences is our passion. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the entire relationship. If we do not do that – please tell us where we can improve your experience.

Goods damaged in transit

If your parcel is damaged, wet or show any signs of tampering please do not accept delivery. If your product has been delivered and you notice damage on opening please contact us immediately and take a photo of the damage for the record and as proof. We will replace any product damaged in transit at no cost to you.
